Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 working days to the Benelux and Germany, 2 to 5 working days to most other EU countries and the United Kingdom, and 4 to 7 working days to Finland, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and the Baltic states. You receive an e-mail with tracking details when your parcel ships.

Yes. Every order ships in a plain box with no logo, shop name or product names on the outside, so nobody can tell what is inside.

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know by e-mail and send the product back within 14 days after that; we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, intimate products whose hygiene seal has been opened cannot be returned. Full details are on our Shipping & returns page.

Shipping is free from €69 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, from €99 to most other EU countries, and from €149 to Finland, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, the Baltic states and the United Kingdom. Below these amounts, shipping costs between €6.95 and €17.95, depending on the country.

Visa and Mastercard (also through Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Klarna, plus iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, Przelewy24, EPS, MB WAY or Multibanco depending on your country. Klarna is available in the countries where it supports payments in euros. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. BDSMKing sells adult products only to customers aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. E-mail info@bdsmking.eu with your order number as soon as possible and we refund the full amount. Once your order has been shipped, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal.

We ship to all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta, and to the United Kingdom. For the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.
