Double ended dildos
A long, flexible double dong can be shared face to face or back to back, or used by one person for vaginal and anal play at once. Slimmer models are easier to control, and clear versions let you see where you are. U shaped dildos give one end to each partner. Use a fresh condom on each end, or clean in between, when switching partners or moving between anal and vaginal use.

Compare the widest diameter with the largest toy you already use comfortably, and go up by no more than a few millimetres.
