Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped by our logistics partner in the Netherlands, usually within 1 to 2 working days after payment, and delivered by UPS or DPD. You receive an e-mail with tracking details when your parcel ships. We deliver to the countries listed below; the shipping cost and expected delivery time for your address are also shown at checkout before you pay.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery; these are paid by the recipient. We do not currently ship to other countries. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed; the shipping cost shown at checkout always applies.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain box with no logo, shop name or product names on the outside. The contents cannot be seen or identified from the outside.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

• Tell us within the 14 days by e-mail to info@bdsmking.eu, with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Terms & conditions, but this is not required.
• Send the product back within 14 days after telling us, complete and with all accessories, preferably in its original packaging.
• You may handle the product only as far as needed to check it, as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Exception for hygiene-sealed products

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This applies to intimate products that are supplied sealed, such as toys, lubricants and chastity devices, once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened. Products in their unopened, sealed packaging can always be returned within the withdrawal period.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs you paid without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold back the refund until we have received the product or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund is made to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

The cost of sending the product back is yours, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Keep the receipt you get when you hand in the parcel; it is your proof of sending.

Exchanges

We do not exchange products. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or model you want.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is faulty or not what you ordered, e-mail us at info@bdsmking.eu with your order number and a photo. We tell you how to return it at our cost and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under EU and Spanish consumer law, which lasts three years from delivery. If a product turns out to be defective, contact us first at info@bdsmking.eu. We tell you how to send it back and then repair, replace or refund it as the law provides. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear or not following the manufacturer's instructions is not covered.
