Payment methods

Online payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. You enter your payment details over a secure, encrypted connection, and they are never stored on our servers. The methods available depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Credit & debit card

Visa and Mastercard, also through Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged when you place your order, so we can ship right away.

PayPal and Klarna

Pay with your PayPal account or with Klarna. Klarna is offered in the countries where it is available for payments in euros, under the provider's conditions.

Local payment methods

iDEAL in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, BLIK and Przelewy24 in Poland, EPS in Austria, and MB WAY and Multibanco in Portugal.

Discreet billing. Your bank or card statement never shows the names of the products you bought. Every paid order comes with an invoice by e-mail.

Secure checkout

The whole shop runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and card payments are verified with 3-D Secure when your bank requires it. All prices are in euros and include VAT. The shipping cost for your country is shown before you pay.

Refunds

Refunds are always paid to the payment method you used for the order, within 14 days. See Shipping & returns for the full return policy.
