Ordering & shipping

Shipped from the Netherlands in a plain box. Costs and delivery times per country are on our shipping page.

Check the status of your order with your order number and e-mail address.

Returns & refunds

14-day right of withdrawal and a refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Opened hygiene-sealed items are excluded.

Cancelling an order

Want to cancel an order? E-mail us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. If it has already been shipped, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is faulty or not what you ordered, e-mail us with your order number and a photo. We arrange the return at our cost and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Complaints

A complaint about a product or our service? We want to hear it. Describe the complaint fully and clearly via the contact form or info@bdsmking.eu. We answer complaints within 7 working days of receipt; if we need more time, we let you know within that period. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can contact the consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country for advice.
