XR Brands Pie Hole Silicone Feeder Gag Ring

The Pie Hole is an open-mouth ring gag with a twist: the silicone ring sits behind your partner's teeth and holds the mouth open, while a removable silicone stopper closes the opening whenever you want silence. The stopper hangs from a short chain, so it stays within reach instead of rolling under the bed. Soft adjustable straps run to the back of the head and close with a locking buckle that takes a small padlock for a more serious scene.

To fit it, ease the ring past the teeth so the lips rest around the outside, then fasten the strap at the nape of the neck, snug but not pulling at the corners of the mouth. With the stopper out, the open ring leaves your partner exposed and drooling, ready for fingers, toys or whatever you choose to feed them. Push the stopper in to mute them completely, and pull it out again to let them speak or breathe more freely.

A gag takes away the safeword, so agree on a non-verbal signal first, such as dropping a ball or tapping three times. Check that breathing through the nose is easy, give the jaw regular breaks, and never leave a gagged partner alone. If you use a padlock, keep the key within arm's reach. Clean the silicone with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner after each use.
