At 9 cm long, the ManCage Model 01 is the most compact cage in the ManCage range and a sensible first step into chastity. It is made of lightweight, hypoallergenic black polycarbonate and consists of three parts: guide pins connect the upper sections, and an oval taper pin joins the base ring to the cage body. The maximum outer diameter is 4.2 cm, and a choice of ring sizes and spacers lets you fine-tune the fit before anything is locked.

Put the cage on when you are fully relaxed. Choose the ring that sits snugly behind the testicles without pinching, then slide the penis into the cage and connect the parts. Use a spacer if the cage pulls or presses. Secure everything with the included metal padlock, or use a plastic tie-wrap lock for travel, since it will not set off metal detectors. Vents and a urination opening keep daily hygiene manageable. Once locked, an erection is no longer possible, which is exactly the point for many keyholders.

Start with short sessions and check regularly for numbness, coldness, swelling or discolouration; remove the cage straight away if any of these appear. Always keep a spare key, or scissors for a tie-wrap lock, within reach and agree on a clear way to stop. Clean the cage and your skin daily with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, and dry well. A little water-based lubricant makes fitting easier.
