Each ring has a unipolar socket for a standard ElectraStim lead, which turns a simple metal ring into an electrode for electro play.

Worn on their own, the rings give a pleasant weight and steady pressure at the base. Connected to an ElectraStim stimulator, they add tingling, pulsing and muscle contractions that a passive ring cannot create. Because the rings are unipolar, they need a second unipolar electrode to complete the circuit, such as another ring, a plug or a conductive pad.

Finding the right size is easiest by trial: start with a larger ring, put it on while soft and move down a size only if it feels loose once erect. The ring should sit firmly without pinching. Apply electroconductive gel to the inside before use, as it improves skin contact and keeps the current smooth. Start the stimulator at zero and turn it up slowly. Use electro play only below the waist and never if you have a pacemaker or a heart condition. Take the ring off if you feel pain, numbness or coldness, and limit wear to about 20 to 30 minutes.

Wash the rings with warm water and toy cleaner and dry them well.
