XR Brands Spark Rod Electro Impulse Wand Red

The Spark Rod from XR Brands is a straightforward electro play wand in red ABS plastic. At the tip sit two metal contact points, and a press of the button sends a sharp electrical pulse between them, so you can place a jolt exactly where you want it. The insulated handle and shaft keep your own hand away from the current while your partner feels the spark. The wand is 38 cm long with a 4 cm handle and runs on two AA batteries, which are not included.

The length lets you keep a teasing distance and build suspense before contact, and the loud crackling sound of the spark often makes the anticipation as intense as the sensation itself. Hover the tip over the skin, let your partner hear it, then touch down briefly on the thighs, buttocks or back. It is an easy way to explore electro play without setting up a full stimulator with pads and leads.

Start with the lightest, briefest touches and increase slowly while you watch your partner's reactions. Never use it above the waist on the chest or near the heart, on the head or neck, on broken skin or near water, and do not use it on anyone with a pacemaker, heart condition or epilepsy. Agree on a safeword first. Wipe the wand with a slightly damp cloth and remove the batteries when storing it.
