Prepare the nipples with your fingers or mouth until they are firm, then press the clamp open and let it close slowly around the nipple. Once both are in place, the chain becomes the control. Let it hang for a light constant tension, give it a slow pull for a peak, or hand it to your partner, who can play with it while you are blindfolded or tied. Small weights or a finger hooked through the chain add even more intensity once you know how far you like to go.
