XR Brands Heavy Duty Vacuum Penis Pump Pressure Gauge

This heavy-duty vacuum pump from XR Brands is made for committed pumping sessions. It combines a transparent cylinder and a soft silicone comfort sleeve with a proper vacuum system: a squeeze handle with comfort grips, a hose that snaps onto the vacuum lock and a built-in pressure gauge. That gauge is what sets it apart, because it shows exactly how much suction you are applying, so you can repeat a setting that works for you and avoid going too far.

Trim the pubic hair at the base for a better seal. Slide your penis through the silicone sleeve into the cylinder, adding a little water-based lubricant to the sleeve if needed, and press the cylinder gently against the body. Squeeze the handle slowly and keep an eye on the gauge as the vacuum builds and draws blood into the penis for a fuller, more sensitive feel. Hold a comfortable level for a few minutes, then release the vacuum. With a partner, let them work the handle while you call the pace.

Start low and short, never pump for more than 15 to 20 minutes in total and stop immediately if you feel pain or numbness or notice unusual discolouration. If you have a medical condition or take blood thinners, ask a doctor before using a pump. After use, separate the parts, wash the cylinder and sleeve with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, wipe the hose and handle, and let everything dry.
