Red Leather Thigh and Ankle Leg Restraints

These leg restraints bind each ankle to its thigh, folding the leg and holding it there. Instead of securing the wrists, they take away the ability to stand or walk freely, so your partner ends up kneeling, crawling or lying with knees bent. They are made of genuine cowhide, vegetable-tanned in Europe, which gives a firm hold and softens nicely with use.

The ankle strap fits a circumference of 25 to 35 cm and the thigh strap 46 to 56 cm, which covers most builds. Measure around the widest part of the thigh and just above the ankle bone before you buy, so you know they will fit.

To put them on, have your partner bend the leg fully, buckle the thigh strap high on the thigh, then close the ankle strap. You should be able to slide a finger under each strap. Kneeling on a soft surface and lying on the back with legs folded both work well, and combined with wrist cuffs or a collar from the same range you can build full-body positions. Folded legs restrict blood flow faster than you might expect, so keep first sessions short, check the feet for colour and feeling, agree on a safeword and never leave your partner alone while bound.

Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and treat it now and then with leather balm.
