Red Leather Suspension Handcuffs with Anti-Panic Hook

These leather suspension cuffs are made for overhead restraint, not for fastening wrist to wrist. That quick release makes overhead play more approachable when you are still learning. A good start is standing bondage with the arms raised and the feet flat on the floor, so the body carries its own weight. From there, experienced players can move to partial suspension, where the cuffs take some of the load while the feet stay on the ground.

Wrists are not made to carry full body weight: hanging from the wrists alone can injure nerves and joints, so do not use these cuffs for full suspension. Fasten them firmly with room for one finger, keep the arms slightly bent and lower them regularly. Watch for tingling, numbness, cold hands or dizziness, and release at once if any of these appear. Agree on a safeword or a non-verbal signal, keep scenes short at first and never leave anyone alone while restrained overhead.

Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and condition it from time to time with leather balm.
