Ouch! Manual Anal Suction Pump with Plugs

This anal pump from Ouch by Shots puts the intensity entirely in your hands. A pistol-grip hand pump builds suction inside the cylinder, creating a strong feeling of pressure, pulling and expansion that you control squeeze by squeeze. Beads inside the cylinder add texture and movement to the sensation. Three plugs are included, giving you different options to vary the experience. The components are non-porous and easy to clean, and the metal hardware is made to last.

Prepare with a shower and plenty of water-based lubricant around the anus and on the rim of the cylinder, so it forms a good seal. Position the cylinder as described in the instructions, then squeeze the grip slowly, a little at a time, and pause to feel how your body responds. Release the pressure with the valve whenever you want a break. Because the pump is manual, a partner can take over and adjust the intensity moment by moment, which makes it a strong tool for couples who enjoy control and surrender.

Anal pumping is intense, so keep sessions short, especially at first, and never pump to the point of pain. Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, numbness or see bleeding, and do not use it with haemorrhoids or other irritation. After use, release all pressure before removing anything, then wash the cylinder and plugs with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, keeping the hand pump dry, and let everything air-dry.
