ManCage Model 20 Silicone Chastity Cage

The ManCage Model 20 is a chastity cage in flexible, medical-grade black silicone, made for longer periods of wear. Because the silicone gives a little with every movement, it feels softer on the body than hard plastic or metal while still preventing a full erection. The cage measures 10.4 cm in total and comes with five base rings in different sizes plus interchangeable spacers, so you can fine-tune both the ring and the distance between ring and cage.

Measure around the base of the penis and testicles first and pick the ring that sits snugly without pressing. Slip the ring on, guiding one testicle through at a time, place the penis in the cage and connect both parts with the spacer that feels most comfortable. Close the set with one of the plastic locks for discreet everyday wear, or use the metal padlock when the keyholder wants a clearer sense of control. The opening at the tip lets you urinate, and the slots allow air to circulate.
