Fuck & Fist Rectangular Fabric Sling with Cushion, Blue/Black

The Fuck & Fist rectangular sling comes as a complete set, so you can rig it and start a fisting session without buying parts separately. The blue canvas is printed with the brand's Minotaur motif and has a padded black cushion in the centre where the hips and lower back rest. The sling measures 60 by 107 cm and hangs from four hangers fitted with metal snap hooks that clip on in seconds. Padded foot supports, 11 cm wide, hold the legs of whoever is bottoming comfortably raised, and a matching storage bag keeps sling and hardware together.

Hang the sling from a frame or ceiling point rated for the load and adjust the hangers until it sits level, with the hips at a comfortable height for the giving partner. Help your partner in, settle the feet in the supports and check that the weight is spread evenly. For fisting, take your time: use plenty of lubricant, warm up with fingers or toys and let the receiving partner set the pace.

The polyester canvas wipes clean between uses, and a towel underneath helps during messy play. Check hooks and hangers before every session, never leave someone alone in the sling and agree on a safeword or signal, because a relaxed and trusting bottom makes deep play possible. Fold everything into the bag once dry.
