Doc Johnson Xtend It Kit, Customizable Penis Sleeve

The Xtend It Kit lets you build a penis sleeve that fits your own body and your own wishes. The hollow sleeve has a firm head with a 1 cm extension already built in, and the kit adds a second, plush extension of 2 cm for extra reach. Both pieces are made of UR3, Doc Johnson's soft, skin-like TPE, in a brown skin tone, and you can trim the ends with sharp scissors to get exactly the length that feels right. That do-it-yourself approach is what sets this kit apart from one-size sleeves.

Start without cutting anything. Slide the sleeve over the erect penis with some water-based lubricant inside, and try it first with the built-in extension only. If you and your partner want more length, add the 2 cm piece. Trim in small steps, a few millimetres at a time, because what you cut off cannot be put back. The sleeve adds girth as well as length, so take it slowly at first and let your partner set the pace while they get used to the new size.

Use plenty of water-based lubricant on the outside as well, as silicone lube and oils can damage the material. The sleeve is not a contraceptive and does not protect against infections, so use a condom over it when needed. Wash it inside and out with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, let it dry fully and store it away from heat and from toys made of other materials.
