Doc Johnson Rev Cock Throbber Dual Engine Black Large

The Rev Cock Throbber from Doc Johnson is a vibrating cock ring with two independent motors that spread vibration all the way around, for a full 360-degree buzz at the base of the penis. Ten powerful settings let you choose anything from a gentle hum to a deep, rumbling throb, and the ergonomic flex fit moulds to your anatomy instead of forcing a standard shape. This Large version has an inner diameter of 50 mm, is made from flexible silicone and recharges via USB.

Put the ring on a flaccid or semi-erect penis, or around both shaft and balls if that fits comfortably, with a little water-based lube to help it slide into place. Once it sits snugly at the base, switch it on and try the settings. Like any cock ring, it is designed to gently slow the outflow of blood, which may help you feel firmer and more sensitive. During penetration the vibrations also reach your partner's clitoris or perineum, so both of you feel every pattern. Solo, it adds an extra layer to masturbation or edging.

Remove it after about 20 to 30 minutes, and immediately if you feel pain, numbness or coldness. Use water-based lubricant to protect the silicone, wipe the ring clean with a damp cloth and mild soap or a toy cleaner, and charge it fully before the next session.
