Choosing a lubricant
Water based lube is the all rounder: safe with every toy material and condom, easy to wash off, and the right choice if you are unsure. Silicone lube lasts much longer and works in the shower, but it can damage silicone toys, so pair it with glass, steel or simply skin. Hybrid formulas sit in between. Can I use massage oil as lube?

How often should I clean my toys?
Before first use and after every use. Warm water and a mild, unscented soap are enough for most toys; a toy cleaner spray is quicker and handy for toys with motors. Let everything dry completely before storing it separately, away from heat, in a pouch or box.
