Door swings hang from a closed door and need no installation, which suits renters and first tries. Thigh slings go around the neck and thighs to hold the legs open and pack away easily. Safe installation
Mount ceiling hooks into a beam or solid concrete, never into plasterboard, and use rated chains or straps. Test the sling with weight before use and keep the person close to the floor at first. Do I need to drill for a sling?
For a suspension sling, yes. If you cannot drill, a door swing or a piece of bondage furniture is a good alternative.
