Shipping & Returns
Here at bdsmking.eu we do our very best to offer you a pleasant and discreet shopping experience. If you are nevertheless not completely satisfied with the product you have chosen and purchased, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt if not used or opened.
You are, however, responsible for paying the direct costs for returning the return item, unless we have indicated that you will be reimbursed for these costs, we will then send you a return label, which you can easily stick on the box and give then drop off your package at a Postal Package location.

Return product(s) for a refund
We request that you consider the following conditions with your return:
Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal.
All products must be returned in the original brand packaging and most not be opened. (Due to Hygiene) Products may not have been used (for hygiene purposes) and plastic seals and packages that are broken will not be taken back. If you do you must pay for the parcel return costs back to you.
Processing time and refund
When a product has been returned for a refund, we will credit you the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days if we receive the package at our warehouse. We process refunds as soon as possible after you have indicated that you wish to return the product to us.
If we have not received the return correctly, it is important that you can prove that you have actually sent the product to us. Always ask for a receipt when you hand over your package to your parcel company.
Exchange for another product
Unfortunately, exchange is not possible with us, we only take back products and you will receive the costs incurred for this. Instead of exchanging, we recommend that you place a new order. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will immediately be refunded the costs incurred for this.
Return product for warranty/repair
a) Within the 14-day withdrawal period
b) Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, but within the warranty period

In the case of repair under warranty, please enclose your invoice with the date of purchase. Repairs under warranty will not be processed without purchase invoice! We will send your invoice with your order.
After receiving your product, our experts will check whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, we will reimburse your costs for the defective product. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a quote for repair or replacement.
b) Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, but within the warranty:
For repairs under warranty outside the 14-day return period, you must contact our customer service, they will inform you if and when you can return the product.
