By accessing or using bdsmking.eu and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us.

By purchasing products from bdsmking.eu you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, bdsmking.eu is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation

Orders made through bdsmking.eu are subject to acceptance and availability. Bdsmking.eu may choose at any time to cancel your order.

No contract will officially exist between yourself and bdsmking.eu until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Delivery Information

Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.

Usually your local Mail Service will hold your parcel for about 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you the shipping costs again. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within a maximum 30 days. Usually items will be delivered a lot sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you. We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Returns Policy

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At BDSM King, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item, if this is not the case we cannot accept your return and must send the goods back to you, shipping cost for the refusal of the return is for the client.

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify BDSM King as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition. 

With BDSM King you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

You can only exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

Payments

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or services like iDeal and Paypal. You can only order through our website. Not by post or by telephone. Once you pay we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed. If a payment will not work correctly you can always transfer the amount via IBAN to our bank number: NL35 INGB 0007 5238 74 (BIC/SWIFT: INGBNL2A )

Voucher Codes and Free Shipping

Bdsmking.eu retains the right to end offers at any time.

Subscription 5% code – To get 5% off your first order, enter your unique code at the checkout. Please note this discount is only valid on full priced items.

Please note that you cannot combine your 5% discount with a separate voucher code. If the code you have is for a greater amount, just add it to your basket and it will automatically deduct the voucher with the greater value.

Free Shipping applies for specific countries and can only be chosen if you order an amount higher than 60 EUROS. Free Shipping applies to: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

“you” and “your” means the person, firm or company who enters into a contract with us “us”, “our” and “we” means Marroys BV.

‘The company” means Marroys BV.
